Wildlife Control in New Braunfels, TX

Wildlife problems require more than simply removing the animal you see. We provide humane, practical solutions for raccoons, opossums, squirrels, skunks, armadillos, snakes, and other nuisance wildlife.

Detailed Inspection

We inspect accessible attics, crawlspaces, sub-areas, rooflines, exterior openings, and other areas showing signs of wildlife activity to identify both the animal and how it is using the property.

Humane Removal

Depending on the species and situation, wildlife may be removed through live trapping, one-way devices, or other appropriate methods. Snake services may include live removal or repellent options.

Prevention Matters

Removing the animal solves the immediate problem. Addressing entry points and other conditions around the structure helps reduce the chance of the same problem returning.

Damage & Entry Points

Scratching, thumping, movement in attics or walls, nighttime activity, or repeated animal sightings around the structure can indicate wildlife is nesting or sheltering nearby.

How Our Wildlife Control Process Works

Wildlife problems can vary significantly depending on the species, where the animal is active, and how it is accessing the property. We begin with a free inspection so we can identify the problem and recommend a practical plan for removal, exclusion, and prevention.

Inspection

We inspect accessible attics, crawlspaces, sub-areas, rooflines, exterior openings, and other areas showing signs of wildlife activity. The goal is to determine what animal is involved, where it is entering, and which conditions are allowing the problem to continue.

Removal & Control

Depending on the species and situation, we may use live trapping, one-way devices, physical removal, or other appropriate methods. Active wildlife trapping programs include daily monitoring while traps are in use.

Exclusion & Prevention

When entry points are identified, exclusion work can be included as part of the recommended wildlife-control plan. Estimates clearly show the cost of the trapping or removal work and the exclusion work so you can understand exactly what is being recommended.

Snakes

Snake issues are handled based on the specific situation. Services may include live removal when the animal can be located and safely accessed, as well as repellent options where appropriate.

 Wildlife Exclusion & Warranty

Wildlife Exclusion & Warranty

Removing wildlife from a structure addresses the immediate problem, but exclusion is what helps prevent animals from returning. When the structure can be effectively sealed, we can include exclusion work as part of the recommended wildlife-control program.

For qualifying slab-foundation homes with composition shingle roofs, completed wildlife exclusion work includes a one-year renewable warranty. If the construction or condition of the home prevents us from effectively sealing the structure, we will identify those limitations during the inspection and explain them before any work is approved.

Active wildlife trapping and removal do not include a warranty because new animals can move onto the property from surrounding areas and environmental conditions can change. The exclusion warranty applies to completed exclusion work when the structure qualifies.

 Cleanup & Carcass Removal

Animals captured during an active trapping program are removed as part of the service. We also provide standalone dead-animal recovery and removal when an animal has died inside or around a structure. Additional charges may apply depending on the time and access required to locate and remove the animal.

Simple cleanup and sanitation may also be available depending on the condition of the affected area.

We provide control services for common nuisance wildlife including raccoons, opossums, squirrels, skunks, armadillos, snakes, and other wildlife problems commonly found around homes and businesses. The recommended approach depends on the species, where the animal is active, and the conditions at the property.

Wildlife control programs are tailored to the animal and the situation. Depending on the species, we may use live trapping, one-way devices, physical removal, or other appropriate methods. Active live traps are monitored daily while the trapping program is underway, and captured animals are removed as part of the service.

When entry points are identified and the structure can be effectively sealed, exclusion work can be included as part of the recommended wildlife-control program. Your estimate will clearly show the cost of the removal or trapping work and the exclusion work so you can understand the options being recommended.

Yes. Snake services may include live removal when the animal can be located and safely accessed, as well as repellent options where appropriate. Because snake activity can vary widely by property, we evaluate the situation before recommending a course of action.
